At Visualprint, each item is manufactured on demand specifically for you using advanced 3D printing technology (Where ideas take life). Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as your projects.

📦 Order Management

  • Modifications and Cancellations: Because the 3D printing manufacturing process begins shortly after order confirmation, cancellations or changes are only permitted within the first 4 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, production has started, and the order cannot be halted, changed, or refunded.
  • Shipping & Custom Information: Please double-check that your shipping address and all customization fields (names, specific text) are correct before checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to customer typographical errors.

🔄 Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Custom and Made-to-Order Products: Due to the personalized and print-on-demand nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, subjective color preferences, or customer errors during customization.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your product arrives damaged during transit (via USPS) or features an obvious manufacturing flaw, we will fix it immediately.
  • How to proceed: Email us at info@visualprint.artwithin 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item.
  • Solution: Once the issue is verified, we will prioritize printing and shipping a brand-new replacement item to you completely free of charge (or coordinate a new local drop-off if you are located in Las Vegas).
