1. General Conditions and Capacity

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence to engage in online commercial transactions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any legitimate reason, at any time.

2. Products and On-Demand Manufacturing (3D Printing)

• Product Nature: All products offered on Visualprint are manufactured using 3D printing technology with high-quality polymers. Due to the nature of this layer-by-layer manufacturing process, minor texture variations, surface micro-lines, or slight color shades may differ from the digital images shown. This does not constitute a manufacturing defect but rather a unique characteristic of the production process.
• Production Timeline: Products are printed on demand. The standard production time ranges from 1 to 3 business days before dispatch or delivery.

3. Customer Responsibility for Customization

For customized products (such as keychains or tailored names), the customer is solely responsible for meticulously reviewing the text, spelling, capitalization, and specifications before completing the purchase. Visualprint will manufacture the item exactly as entered by the user and will not be liable for typographical errors made by the buyer.

4. Pricing and Service Modifications

• All listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or category (including Interactive Learning) at any time without liability to the user or third parties.

5. Delivery and Shipping Logistics

• Local Deliveries (Las Vegas, NV): Free local deliveries will be coordinated directly with the customer once the product is manufactured. The buyer agrees to provide accurate contact details.
• National Shipping: Orders outside the Las Vegas area are shipped through USPS. Once the package is transferred to USPS and a tracking number is generated, transit times and final secure mailbox delivery fall under the responsibility of the postal service.

6. Governing Law

These terms of service and any agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
