All our products are manufactured using high-quality PLA and PETG filaments through 3D printing. These are eco-friendly, plant-based polymers (like cornstarch) that are non-toxic and completely safe for home and classroom use.

2. How should I clean and care for the educational boards?

To clean your 3D-printed pieces (such as the Interactive Math Mastery Board), simply wipe them down with a damp cloth. Do not use boiling water or put them in the dishwasher, as the high heat from those appliances can warp or distort 3D-printed plastic materials.

3. Can I request a fully customized order?

Absolutely! Our slogan is “Where ideas take life”. If you have a specific design in mind, a corporate keychain with your business logo, or a customized learning tool that you can’t find in our catalog, email us at info@visualprint.com with the details, and we will make it happen.

4. How does the free local delivery in Las Vegas work?

If you are located in the Las Vegas, NV area, free delivery is automatically applied once you enter your shipping address at checkout. After we finish manufacturing your order (1 to 3 business days), we will contact you directly via email or phone to coordinate a safe and convenient drop-off time right to your location.

5. Do you accept returns?

Since our products are printed on demand and many feature custom details (like custom names or specific text entered by the buyer), we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send you a replacement piece free of charge.
